On behalf of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, we would like to welcome you to our web site. Whether you are just visiting or plan to make Richmond your new home, this site will help make your visit or transition pleasant and easy. We believe Richmond is a remarkable place to live and work.

The Richmond Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organization that exists to make Richmond a better place to live. The mission of the Chamber is to advance the growth and general welfare of business and expand community pride. Your Chamber works for every individual, business, and profession in the community.

Elected by the general membership is a 12-member board of directors including the president. These, along with the executive director, are responsible for the Chamber's operation. Each member serves a 3 year term.

Social activities supported by the Chamber include the Mushroom Festival, recognizing area farmers with a Farmer Appreciation Dinner, and decorating the town for seasonal events.
